Sending work
What should I send first?
A sample, not your whole archive: one statement, a few invoices, 50 rows of a spreadsheet, three pages of a PDF, the exports behind a monthly report, or your written trading rules. A share link or an email attachment both work. Never send passwords.
How quickly do you reply?
In writing, within one working day (Monday to Friday, India time). A message that arrives after 18:00 India time counts from the next working day.
Why are there no calls?
We work in writing. You get a free sample, a written scope and a fixed quote, and everything we agree is on the record.
What if my job is not on the list?
Choose “Not sure” in the form and describe the mess. We tell you in writing whether we can take it on.
How soon can a job start?
We keep only a few jobs in progress at once. Once you approve the quote, we confirm a start date in writing. When the queue is full, the send page says when new jobs start.
Prices and payment
How is the price set?
Each offer has a band on the pricing page. The exact price is a fixed quote in writing, given after we have seen the files.
Is the sample really free?
Yes. It is a small slice of the real job, done on your own file, or a written scope where a sample does not fit the job. It is the only free thing: there are no discounts.
When do I pay?
Payment terms are in the quote. Nothing is paid before you have seen the sample.
Do you work by the hour or by the month?
Open-ended work is $20 an hour. Repeat work can run at $900 a month for 45 hours. Hours beyond 45 are charged at the hourly rate, and unused hours do not roll over.
What if the job turns out bigger than the quote?
The quote covers the scope written in it, with one round of revisions. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, in writing, before any work on it starts.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars.
Data and files
How do files reach you?
Through a share link from your own storage (view-only, with an expiry where your tool allows it) or as an email attachment. Email is not end-to-end encrypted, so a link you can revoke is often the better choice. We never ask for passwords to your systems.
Where are my files worked on?
In India, on the machine doing the work, not in a shared cloud drive. The data handling page has the full detail.
How long do you keep them?
Working files are deleted within 30 days of delivery, sooner if you ask. The scope, the delivery note and the invoice are kept as business records.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes. We sign your NDA or data-processing agreement.
Can I send health records or other sensitive personal data?
Not without a signed agreement first. Send a description, not the files. If sensitive files arrive before an agreement is in place, we delete them and tell you.
Will you contact our clients?
No. We work to you. For agencies we work under your name and never contact your client unless you ask.
What we do not do
Do you do bookkeeping or tax?
No. We prepare the data. The bookkeeping, the tax and any judgement on the figures stay with you.
Do you give legal or clinical advice?
No. Work for legal firms is extraction and indexing only. Work for clinics is non-clinical admin only.
Do you give trading signals or advice?
No. We write your own strategy as code and test that the code follows your rules, not that the strategy makes money.
Will a dashboard or an automated report give us financial advice?
No. It shows and checks your own figures. What they mean for the business, the books or tax stays with you and your advisers.
Will our PDFs be certified as compliant?
We do not use either word. Each file comes with a validation report showing the checks run and their results, and you can run your own checker on the delivered files.
Do you make testimonial videos?
No. We never present made-up people as real customers, and we do not write testimonials. Videos are made from your own logo, photos, screen recordings and words.
