How we work
Every job runs the same way, in writing, from your first message to delivery.
Five steps
Step 1: You send the problem
The files, or a sample of them, through the form or by email. Say what the mess is and what fixed would look like.
Step 2: We reply in writing
Within one working day (Monday to Friday, India time). Then comes a free sample done on your own file or, where a sample does not fit the job, a written scope.
Step 3: You get a fixed quote
The price, the scope and the payment terms, in writing. What the scope says is what we have agreed to do. Nothing is paid before you have seen the sample.
Step 4: You approve
You approve the quote in writing. We confirm a start date, and start.
Step 5: We deliver
The finished work, with what you need to check it. One round of revisions within the scope is included.
How you check each job
- Data cleanup
- The check sheet. Every total ties to a figure printed in your source.
- Dashboards
- The tie-out sheet: each headline figure for a past month beside the same figure in your source.
- Excel automation
- A run on a past period you already did by hand. The output matches your report, and any difference is listed.
- Small software
- The acceptance list written into the quote.
- Short video
- The storyboard you approved before production.
- Trading code
- Example dates or bars where your rules should fire. The code fires on those, and nowhere the rules forbid.
- Accessible PDFs
- The validation report for each file, and your own checker.
Why there are no calls
We work in writing. You get a free sample, a written scope and a fixed quote, and everything we agree is on the record.
If something is unclear, we ask in writing. The question and your answer stay with the job.
Reply times
We reply in writing within one working day, Monday to Friday, India time. A message that arrives after 18:00 India time counts from the next working day.
We keep only a few jobs in progress at once. When the queue is full, or we are away, thesend page says so and gives the date.
How files reach us
Send a sample first, not your whole archive. A share link from your own storage (view-only, with an expiry where your tool allows it) or an email attachment both work. We never ask for passwords to your systems.
Working files are deleted within 30 days of delivery, sooner if you ask.
