Every proposal states a price, a delivery date and explicit exclusions before work begins. Assessments are charged at a fixed fee; projects are quoted against a written specification; ongoing work is contracted as time and materials or reserved monthly capacity.

We do not publish rate cards. Every engagement is quoted individually once its scope has been examined, so the number you receive reflects your process rather than an average. Detail on time-based engagements is on the hourly & retainer page.
Proposals follow an assessment of the actual process, so prices reflect examined scope rather than estimates from a call. Complex or regulated work — financial data, market systems, personal data — is quoted individually with the additional controls it requires included in scope.
Monitoring and failure alerting, documentation, exception reporting, and handover of all credentials and source material. Reliability engineering is part of the build, not a separate line item.
Ongoing work is invoiced against an itemised timesheet; projects are invoiced against agreed milestones. Retainers carry preferential terms compared with equivalent time-and-materials work. No long-term lock-in; retainers renew monthly.
