What you send, and what comes back
How we work- You send
- The exports or spreadsheets the report is built from today, the report as it looks now (or a sketch), and the figures it must show.
- We return
- The dashboard file (a Power BI .pbix, a Tableau workbook or an Excel workbook), a model that refreshes from your sources, and a one-page note on each measure and how to refresh it.
- How you check it
- Against a tie-out sheet: each headline figure for one past month, set beside the same figure in your source system or the report you use today.
- Free sample
- One page of the dashboard, built on a month of your own data, with its tie-out sheet.
- Price
- $400 to $2,000 a dashboard, by the number of sources and pages.

Which tool should the dashboard be in?
The one your team already opens. If you have Microsoft 365, Power BI or Excel is usually the shorter path; if you already pay for Tableau, we build there. We say which we would pick in the reply, with the reason.
Will it refresh on its own?
It refreshes from the sources it was built on. Scheduled refresh in the Power BI service or Tableau Cloud runs under your own account; we set it up and write down the steps.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. Exports are enough to build and test. If you want a live connection later, you set up the access and we write the connection.
What we do not do
- Bookkeeping, tax or investment judgement on the figures
- Inventing data to fill a gap: missing figures are listed, not estimated
- Licences: Power BI and Tableau licences stay in your name
