What you send, and what comes back
How we work- You send
- The files (PDFs, scans, photos, spreadsheets or system exports) and the format you need back: a template, an import spec or the name of the target system.
- We return
- The clean file in that format, plus a check sheet: totals that tie back to the source, rows we could not read with the reason, and anything we changed and why.
- How you check it
- With the check sheet. Every total ties to a figure printed in your source, so you can verify the work without redoing it.
- Free sample
- One statement, up to 20 invoices, 50 products or 50 rows of your own file, done and returned with its check sheet.
- Price
- From $150 a job. Large or repeat volumes: the monthly term, on the pricing page.
