What you send, and what comes back
How we work- You send
- The rent rolls, lease PDFs, invoices or spreadsheets, and the format you need back: a template, an import spec or the name of the target system.
- We return
- The clean file in that format, plus a check sheet: where each figure came from, rows we merged or could not read with the reason, and anything we changed and why.
- How you check it
- With the check sheet. Every rent and date points to the sheet or lease it was taken from, so you can verify the work without redoing it.
- Free sample
- 50 rows of your rent roll or spreadsheet, done and returned with its check sheet.
- Price
- From $150 a job. Large or repeat volumes: the monthly term, on the pricing page.
