Messy data into clean data for accounting and bookkeeping firms

Client statements arrive as PDFs in a dozen layouts, the spreadsheets disagree with each other, and someone retypes them before the bookkeeping can start.

Data preparation only. The bookkeeping, tax and any judgement on the figures stay with you.

What you send, and what comes back

How we work
You send
The statements, invoices or exports (PDFs, scans, photos or spreadsheets) and the import format: Xero, QuickBooks, a CSV template or your own spec.
We return
The clean file in that format, plus a check sheet: totals that tie back to the source, rows we could not read with the reason, and anything we changed and why.
How you check it
With the check sheet. Every total ties to a figure printed in your source, so you can verify the work without redoing it.
Free sample
One statement, up to 20 invoices or 50 rows of your own file, done and returned with its check sheet.
Price
From $150 a job. Large or repeat volumes: the monthly term, on the pricing page.
