You send: The billing exports, admin spreadsheets or forms, with patient details removed, and the format you need back.
We return: The clean file in that format, plus a check sheet: totals that tie back to the source, rows we could not read with the reason, and anything we changed and why.
How you check it: With the check sheet. Every total ties to a figure in your source export, so you can verify the work without redoing it.
